BOOKING Policies

To reserve your preferred date, a 25% deposit is required at booking. This ensures your session time is held just for you! The remaining balance will be due closer to your session date.

The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session/event. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

Session dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the date may be released to another client.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new session date within 90 days, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be billed the full session fee.

In the event that I must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the next available session date. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments — including deposits — will be fully refunded.
